These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and g4444 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the g4444 online gaming platform available at g4444.lat and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

g4444 operates an online casino and sports betting platform providing games of chance, live dealer casino products, crash games, and sports wagering services to eligible players. The g4444 platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only.

By creating an account with g4444, depositing funds, or accessing any part of the g4444 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the g4444 platform.

To register and maintain an account with g4444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is strictly enforced. g4444 does not permit access to any player who is under 21 years old, without exception.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by bots, automated scripts, or on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing g4444 is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so.
• You are not currently subject to self-exclusion on the g4444 platform or any related platform operated by g4444.
• You are not a current or former employee of g4444, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such employee, without express written approval.

g4444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by g4444 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money games and betting markets on g4444, you must register a player account. The following terms govern account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and hold only one active g4444 account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses obtained via duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. g4444 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

• Account transfer: g4444 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds held within it to any other person.

g4444 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal operations conducted on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods: g4444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20). Available methods may change without advance notice.
• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit amount applies per payment method. The current minimums are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the g4444 PKR wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days depending on the initiating bank.
• Withdrawal requests: g4444 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Most requests are processed the same business day they are submitted, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable security checks.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your g4444 account.
• Own-account withdrawals only: All withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. g4444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. g4444 does not hold or convert funds in any currency other than PKR for standard player accounts.

g4444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by g4444:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the applicable validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using prohibited payment methods — will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
• g4444 right to modify: g4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.
• Verification: g4444 may require identity verification before crediting certain bonuses or releasing bonus-derived winnings. New players are encouraged to complete KYC verification shortly after registration to avoid delays.

The following general rules govern all gaming and betting activity on the g4444 platform. Specific rules applying to individual game titles or betting markets are available within those sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Wager validity: A bet or wager placed on g4444 is final and binding once confirmed. g4444 does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except where expressly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• System errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game connectivity fault, g4444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's PKR wallet. g4444 is not obligated to honour winnings resulting from a system error or technical fault that produced a result contrary to the game's intended rules.
• Sports betting rules: All sports bets, including cricket and PSL markets, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are settled at the time the relevant event is concluded. g4444 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering.
• Game rules and RTP: All casino titles on g4444 operate according to their certified rules as published by the originating game developer. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified by the relevant independent testing laboratory for each title.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies where appropriate:

• Using the g4444 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools that provide an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with g4444 betting markets.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical vulnerability in the g4444 platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are not valid and may be reversed.
• Attempting to access another player's g4444 account without authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g4444 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the g4444 platform or its content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the g4444 software.
• Use g4444 branding, trademarks, or content for any commercial purpose without written authorisation from g4444.

Game content is owned by the respective third-party game providers (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, and Spribe) and is licensed for use on the g4444 platform. These providers retain full intellectual property rights over their game titles.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g4444's liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms is limited as follows:

• g4444 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• g4444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• g4444's total liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your g4444 account at the time the claim arises.
• g4444 is not liable for losses attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, your failure to comply with these Terms, or your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
• g4444 does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game or betting market. Gaming and betting involve an inherent risk of financial loss. You participate at your own risk.

g4444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a g4444 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by g4444 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the g4444 platform experience for Pakistani players. g4444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. g4444 implements technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

g4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

• Non-activity on the account for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, following standard security and verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting g4444 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any active bonus balances not meeting withdrawal criteria will be forfeited upon closure.

g4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, g4444 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address registered on the player's account, platform notification, or a notice posted on the g4444 website.

Your continued use of the g4444 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

The current version of the Terms is always accessible on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which g4444 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the first instance, players are encouraged to contact g4444 support to resolve any dispute informally. g4444 will endeavour to resolve complaints and queries raised by Pakistani players promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, g4444 may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process specified by its licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
